Brandt Karstens
Owner
Brandt has been in the construction industry for over eighteen (18) years. Brandt is married to his wife Ronda, and he has three great kids and a lively SpringerPoo named Teddy Bear. He worked for HDR, Inc. for a dozen years helping them implement leading edge technologies in their engineering, architecture, and construction divisions. Brandt purchased Exterior Construction Services, Inc. in 2017 to help local customers realize their dream of adding style to their building projects. His mission is to grow the business to cover a majority of systems that apply to the exterior of homes and buildings.
Jim Hansen

Jim has been in the roofing and siding industry for 8 years. He is proud to serve Omaha as a lifelong Nebraskan. He is married to his wife Autumn, and they have their dog Khali who keeps them busy! Jim loves helping clients solve problems, build their dreams, and help navigate the insurance process.
Brandon Karstens

Brandon has been in Service/Sales industry for fifteen (15) years with Fortune 500 companies gaining valuable personal interaction experience and account management skills. Hired on at ECSI six (6) years ago for his business relationship building and project management skills. His expertise in customer service has helped form many multi-year business to business construction industry relationships and closing several of ECSI’s largest projects to date. His mission is setting and holding high standards and doing what is right for individual homeowners all the way up to large general contractors. He and his dog, Koda, love to hunt.
Jesse (Jesus) Manriquez
Operations
Jesse has been in the EIFS industry for nearly 20 years. He has done all the tasks associated with EIFS and stucco installation. Jesse has developed the fine touch necessary to expertly craft many different finishes on EIFS and stucco. Jesse is also an excellent foreman of our crews, leading the men and women on our crews to complete their projects the right way, in the right time.
